If you’re just thinking about material possessions or experiences, weight loss or health and it’s not happening, that’s because your thoughts don’t necessarily become things. How you feel matters! But, how often do you even focus on how you feel? You may think about getting healthy and making more money and ways to do that, but when you don’t focus on feeling good right now, those thoughts are basically powerless. Your energy does, which is a result of your feelings and emotions. The quickest and most effective way to raise your vibration is to raise your emotions. Manifestation works through your vibrations. Use The Emotional Scale To Attract What You Want You’ll have to raise your emotions, one by one. You can’t force yourself to go from negative to positive. So how can we go from 1-10? We don’t! If you try to go from depressed to joyful without going through all of the other emotions in between, you’ll end up feeling doubftul and frustrated. How much attention do they attract? Their vibes are magnetic. Think about the happiest person at a party. You’ll notice how better life is when you become actively aware of how you feel. Write down where you think you are on the emotional scale and how you can feel better. Journaling helps you get off of autopilot and live in the present! I challenge you to spend a few minutes, a couple of times a day, journaling about how you feel. Most of the time we aren’t even aware of what we are really feeling inside. We are so busy and distracted that we don’t even care about how we feel. How To Use Your Emotions To Improve Your Life The better you feel, the more you will attract what you want in life! When you’re feeling worried or disappointed, you won’t attract what you want no matter how much time you spend thinking about it. If you find yourself feeling down, noticing that is the first step in changing! Ask yourself, what is the best feeling I can feel right now? How can you feel better? Beating yourself over that won’t make you feel any better. It’s normal to feel down and negative from time to time. These emotions attract more negativity in your life. Low emotions are: boredom, frustrated, pessimism, disappointment, doubt, worry, anger, jealousy, guilt, fear and depression. When you’re low on the emotional scale, your vibration is also low. There are many factors in manifestation, including visualization, which helps raise your emotions. Self improvement starts within, and the first place to start is your emotions. Our emotions have great power in attracting the people and things we want in life. You’re probably familiar with the phrase ‘Thoughts become things’, which is true… kind of, so we tend to focus a lot on our thoughts but what about our emotions. You can’t go from feeling depressed to love in an instant and trying to do so without climbing up the emotional scale would likely leave you feeling stuck at discouraged or disappointed. The emotional scale according to Abraham-Hicks: But the key to improving our lives is to raise our ‘vibrations’ so we can attract what we want. And we only change that when something big happens. That’s because many of us live our life on auto-pilot and so our feelings are meh… or neutral. Most days you’re probably in the middle, am I right? Unless something really good or really bad happens.
